Here in Lancaster Pa, I had my Custom 4X4 rear bumper with tire carrier, 3 skid plates, and Surco roof rack done at a place called Lancaster Powder Coating. All parts blasted to bare metal, then prepped and coated in black for around $160.00
Best to call around in your area and then take a look at some of the work they've done.
