Default Precut front fender liners before recall?

I was just wondering if anyone had done this. I wanted to ensure that my fender liners were not butchered by someone that didn't give a shit how it turned out. If I precut it, will they still follow some prescribed pattern? Or just accept it?

Thanks

I cut mine with those kitchen scissors, and noticed the pass side brake line tube was rubbed flat on one side.. took it in.. they not only replaced the brake line. the drivers fender from day one.. when I washed the jeep and hit it with the sponge would move around like it was a joke.. they tightened that right up..somehow.

suggest go ahead and cut the liner.. but feel the brake line, if its worn they will replace it. (and bleed the brakes etc.)
