Default President's JK Modification Package

Although Congress is officially calling it the 2008 Economic Stimulus Package, we all know that Bush secretly designed this program to inject $168 billion into the Jeep modification community.

So, what modifications are we doing with our $600 rebate this summer? (Notice that I didn't even mention the $1,200 married-joint rebate, since the spouse will likely take their share - $600 is all I get!) All ideas are welcome!

I think I'll finally get my ARB front bumper!

Nope. I'll be getting all $1200 for my stage 2 build, but I'm going to hold back some to do something special for her for letting me have all of my bonus, income tax refund, property tax escrow adjustment, and this rebate.

My stage 2 will be a lift (4 or so inches), 35s, drive shafts, gears, etc.

Talking Wheels

I will get my income tax for tires, will use the 600 for wheels, and pocket the rest for a lift someday..... in a year or so...

We're moving about the time those checks should show up, so all $1200 will go to that. Works for me though... I still get my share of the tax refund, and with my wife in school right now, we get a pretty decent one.
