Problem with my order
So I found the post listing the (800) number you can call to get a status on your vehicle order. I ordered my Jeep on Sept. 30th and thought it would be cool to find out where it’s at in the process.
It was going just fine, got through to the operator after a short wait and she was very helpful. She put me on hold while she checked the status but it seemed like it was taking quite a while for her to get back to me. When she finally did come back she said there is a problem with my order and that I should contact my dealership/salesman. I asked what the specific status code was and she said:
BG – Passed edit N/A for schedule :sad:
I immediately called the dealer and tried to get the salesman but he was on another line. When he did get back to me he said that DC has just contacted him about the order and he was following up to find out what the problem is. This was yesterday morning and I still haven’t heard from him but I hope he’ll call soon and he’ll be able to tell me the problem has been resolved.
On a side note I think it was very cool that DC followed up on the call. They actually had someone on the phone with the salesman before I got through to him. He didn’t answer my call because he was talking to them.
