I remember reading about this before but cannot find the post after searching. Last time I raised my top, the wide straps that attach to the frame seemed to be twisting. Got the top on and didn't think about it again. When I lowered the top last Wednesday, I noticed it was sagging when in the sun-rider position (before I lowered all the way). Then I noticed these two wide straps (~3 inches wide) had pulled loose from the frame (at the rivet point). I haven't put the top back up yet but will tonight as rain is in the forecast.

Anyone have this problem? Did dealer fix or did you repair on your own?

 

Get it into the dealer, it's under warranty, so let them fix it.
