You will need to be more specific, there are a few problems people have had.

I had stalling & radio cut out issues, i got it flashed at the dealer, that fixed it. (and i cant seem to keep it off dirt piles or out of mudpuddles... must be a stearing issue...)

What is up with yours?

Well we thought it was a flash problem... but it was flashed and now they are saying instrument cluster ( wipers/blinker/ for lights do not work- and lights stay on always) but they can't seem to get their hands on a new "instrument cluster' thing.....everyday they say its being overnighted but dosne't appear-- and we are only hoping this will solve the problem-- ugggghhhh they did give us a rental.....they were out of JK's so we got a stratus-- but at the moment I am happy in noisy hubbos YJ.....but oh how I miss my JK.....
