Problems in my 08 jeep
I wonder if any one had the same problems in his/her 08 jeep???!!!!
The first problem is when I turn the steering less than 45 degrees to the left I hear a ticking noise in the steering and on the accelerator and brake pedal and it feels that the car becomes unstable!!
The second problem is that when the transmission shifts from 2nd to 3rd gear it creates a shock sound in the whole car!!!!
when I took the car to the agent he said that many wranglers suffers from this problem and they are trying to fix it and that the second problem is not really a problem because the gear box was designed like that for off-road performance.
I own 2008 Wrangler Sahara with Automatic transmission 5,750 miles on it.
I would like to receive your feedback on that

how hard and loud is the knocking noise in the steering wheel?
I have a similar issue, it only happens when turning the wheel in one direction, not very loud at all, I can feel it more than hear it.

That's 3 dead kittens!! How many more must die!!!
I've not experienced any of the issues that you have.
The 2nd/3rd shift is so smooth that I have to look at the tach to know it happened.

JK, no seriously, I haven't heard of those problems yet, but they don't sound good.
