Buddy ordered a bikini top from quadrateck last week. The header came today in a box. That looks like this:



He was hoping to have it for Moab this weekend, and was worried he wouldn't be able to replace it in time. Got ahold of quadrateck and told them his dilemma. So there going to overnight him one so he'll be ready in time for Moab. They have great costumer service!

There going to have him send the bent one back. FedEx was the culprit, they even tore out the packing slip to try and cover there ass.
