Default Pulling on the highway

I'm new to the Jeep world but I am having problems with the Jeep pulling on the highway. Bought brand new three weeks ago it is a 2014 Rubicon unlimited and has 1,200 miles on it. The dealership installed all of the mods: 4" Mopar lift, fox shocks, pro comp tires and wheels. I went to a local shop and had them check the alignment, it was perfect on the computer but still pulled to the left, they moved the tires around trying to see if it was a balance issue and nothing changed. I trust these people and their opinion, they have driven and fixed jeeps for over 30 years. They said take it to the dealership and demand them to fix it but the dealership does not want to play ball. I've read multiple threads that suggest an adjustable arm, I don't know the name or a bar that corrects the alignment of the front axle after the stock suspension was removed. I think the dealership should be responsible for fixing it, what do y'all think? Any advice, options, or experience would be much appreciated! Also, I have retightened all nuts and bolts twice, as suggested by other Owners of lifted Jeeps.

I have a 4" lift and it has always pulled a little to the left. Somedays feel like it's more than others. With a lifted jeep I think there will always be some play and flex.

First if the dealership installed the lift then they need to fix the issue

I'm not sure what parts come with a Mopar 4" lift. But, if it didn't come with adjustable front lower control arms (LCAs) or geometry correction brackets, it would be unreasonable to expect the dealer to fix it. Perhaps you bought the cheap kit (okay, Mopar probably charged you double what the same kit would be if not Mopar) with limited parts. Surely you don't expect the dealer to make up for that, do you? If it has adjustable front LCAs, then the Jeep shop that you trust should have properly set your caster. A couple other things that could be done instead of new front LCAs might include front lower control arm relocation geometry correction brackets, which should take care of the problem; and camber bolts (not recommended and a good Jeep shop would know that). It would behoove you to find out what parts were supposed to be installed for the lift you paid for to fix caster on your Jeep, if anything at all. Then you can begin to figure out exactly where things are not working, and who is responsible for making it right.

Thanks for the reply, the shop had mentioned the two solutions you mentioned but due to warranty issues I did not want them to mess with it just yet. I was doing a little online research and it looks like I can get The Rubicon express front adjustable lower control arms for around $345 shipped to my door. Would this solve the problem if they also redrilled my bracket? Thanks for your feedback. It was extremely helpful and got me going in the right direction

I'm not sure what bracket you mean they'd redrill. If you have geometry correction brackets, you should be good to go without the adjustable LCAs. Ask dealer to check and fix.

If you don't have geometry correction brackets, adjustable LCAs will let you dial in the caster. That will give your steering wheel better on-center feel--the tendency of the steering wheel to return to center when you let go of it. The less on-center feel you have, the more tendency there is for crosswinds and the road crown to blow your Jeep steering one direction or the other.

Which way is it pulling? I also have the 4inch Mopar kit and it pulls to the right. Dealership told me to that they cannot add parts to the lift so they cant fix it under warranty ( I have a 2012). I also need an adjustable track bar in the front. They also told me that one in the rear would not be a bad idea. The kit is very limited, yes they offer the 3 year 30k warranty but it's a joke and if you change anything on it, they will hassle you for it. If i would of known better, I would of returned it and bought something better and more complete for the price. Luckily i did not pay too much for it and the install was free of charge, I was the guinea pig for Jeep. Also make sure they changed out the front drive shaft and added the extender for the exhaust "loop" or you will have issues down the road.

On a side note, my jeep is also in need of ball joints here soon and that also adds to the pulling left or right. I only have 18k miles on mine.

The Mopar lifts uses cam bolts so it should take care of caster.
