When my hubby and I were checking available plates for Ohio, we tried "GET DRTY" and it was deemed inappropriate. We then tried "DRTY FUN" and they accepted it! So, that is my plate!

You need to work on getting her a plate that has "400L", since that is the program code for a Highlander. Some how I feel she won't be as excited as you though.
