Default Putting in the windows

I am having a hell of a time trying to get the windows in properly !!!! I can't seem to get the part that goes inside of the door in properly for a proper seal , anyone have suggestions ?

Try adjusting the flaps in the back.

actually , I forgot to ask , is the window supposed to sort of clip into the door rail ?

No, the plastic just sits there and when aligned right it forms a seal with the door when it shuts.

I always do that part first, where the door closes, after starting the zipper a couple of inches. I've found it is much easier to get it around the door frame before everything else is tight. After the zipper is started and the door frame is in place, then I tuck the bottom of the windows in, finish zipping them up and velcro.

Many folks get this part incorrect, causing the window to pull out at high speeds. Here are some pic's that Happy Curmudgeon has provided ...
