Ordered 3 items last week. Two shipped right away and one was on back order. The back ordered part shipped within a week. Those guys ROCK!

 

Backorders vary depending on the item and manufacturer. Our liners are currently on a large backorder due to a huge influx of orders received. We are anticipating getting them all shipped out in the next week however. But since we are waiting for our shipment to arrive and then have to re-box and place our logos on them all, it could be 1-2 weeks before all of the backorders are covered, processed, and shipped out. Anytime you'd want an update on them, just give us a call and anyone can help you out.

Quadratec does not carry everything all the time. They keep a lean inventory for economic reasons. And much of the time they order what you ordered from the manufacturer the day you place the order. Thus, the standard line is that it is on back order. However, they do an excellent job of getting the item from them and getting it to you quickly. I live in Virginia and since Quadratec is right over in PA they get items to me in 1 to 2 days once they get it or have it. I have also noticed that other companies have many of the same items on back order that Quadratec does. They are just trying to stay in business in a shitty economy and they are punctual once they have the item in getting it out.

 

The great thing about Qtec is that they don't charge your credit card until the order is shipped. Other companies charge you and you wait.....

I'm sorry, but there are a few things I'd like to correct with this statement. We keep on hand about 90% of the items that are listed in the catalog. Our main warehouse here in West Chester is over 63,000 sq feet and our other two warehouses in Chambersburg, PA and Sparks, NV are over 150,000 square feet each. An order that is placed with us will ship from our warehouse unless it is a drop ship only part. Only various parts will be drop ship only, and those are usually because the Vendor is new to us, or they prefer to handle product shipments directly. There are some parts currently on backorder that are on a national backorder by the manufacturer directly.

The items that general go on backorder are popular items that everyone wants. When the demand exceeds are supply, we are then reliant on the manufacturer to fill our inventory shipments. Every manufacturer has different production rates, and it can be difficult to give an exact delivery date, or an amount that will be received. We always order more than we require, but that never means that amount is showing up. Any time a person has an inquiry on their backorder, we'd be able to get an updated ETA on the item from the manufacturer. These times can change with or without notice to us or the consumer.

We will always do our best to provide items in a timely manner, and to provide the most accurate information we have been given on the items on order. All items that are in stock will ship the same day if ordered before 4PM Eastern, and by 8am the following day if after that time.

Ordered probably a dozen times from Quadratec. Love their service and USUALLY their speed. Only had two things backordered and they each took roughly a week to return to stock. Then again, I have placed an order with standard shipping and received it 4 days later!

 

I am on my 52nd order with Quadratec and never had any problems, I bought 95% of my mods from Quadratec and if there is anything their customer service is great ! My two cents

 

My jeep and I love Quadratec. I've ordered from them for years and always receive my parts in 3 to 4 days. Hang in there, back orders suck!
