Quadratec
Has anyone else been disappointed with the Quadratec forum response?
Used to be I'd send a message to place an order within a few hours it was placed and usually with a good deal, now I've sent two order requests and one took almost 2 days to get a response after 2 additional messages and currently it's been 31 hours and I've gotten no replies back. I've placed 15-20 orders with them in the last year and have spent a decent amount of $$$.
The rep told me basically he's real busy and I just have to wait my turn. That's fine, but I've never heard of a company taking over 1.5 days to respond to placing orders. Of they are that busy on the forum hire another person to help with the demand, but I find it hard to believe they have sooo many orders from the forum that it takes 2 days to get to each one.
It sucks cause they have been good up,to this point and I like to order from them since I'm really close to the warehouse and get my order next day most cases, but I cant help but be disappointed in the service lately and now I'm looking elsewhere for my 'big store' needs.

I didn't realize we get a forum discount? I usually order from them and it's here in 2 says standard shipping. I too have spent thousands with them and they did give me a hard time about exchanging a 40$ antenna
They don't offer the price match on the website and generally their prices can be beat elsewhere.

The point isn't about Joe though in particular...if q-tec is so busy with so many forum orders that it takes multiple days just to respond to its customers about placing an actual order that maybe the company should add someone to help Joe out. Instead they are going to upset, alienate and lose customers as is the case with myself.
