I've pm'd Joe and no response yet and been trying to call quadratec and all I do is sit on hold forever. I'm to impatient to wait lol, I want my parts now.
If there going to offer free shipping or a discounted rate to forum members why not just have forum members enter a discount code at checkout like "get dirty" and receive it that way instead making Joe/other internet reps. either enter in an order or calling and waiting on hold. Nothing is more annoying then listening to the same thing over and over.Heck during this rant i've been on hold the whole time, good thing there open til' midnight.

He's been pretty on the ball for me past month or so. Two large orders, including a new lift. Free shipping on everything.
All i had to do was call the 800 # and Joe had my order in the computer already, just needed a Credit card.

I believe Joe will hook us up with free shipping if you pm him, I sent him a pm 3 days ago and still no response so I called Quadratec and they would not give me free shipping they told me I had to contact Joe on the forum. I got tired of waiting for response so went with a different vendor since I wanted to get my order by Friday. This is not to bash Quadratec or Joe as I am sure he is busy trying to maintain pm's from different forums just wish the call center would hook us up as well. Quadratec has been real good to me in the past on price and some other issues I had they are a great company just had to go with someone else to get my order by the weekend.
