This is the first purchase from them, I ordered my lift kit yesterday and was suprised to see it at my doorstep when I got home, I was very happy needless to say ,until I realized that my front springs and shocks were not here , has anyone experienced problems like this before?, I'll be calling them tomorrow morning but wanted to hear from you guys while i'm impatiently waiting

 

no never had problem with Quadratec, other then the shock of how fast their orders get here....did you get more then one tracking number? maybe 2 seperate boxes? what lift did you order? I still cant 100% decide on what lift I am going to get

 

I didnt receive any tracking #'s from the sales rep,Ill ask that tomorrow, I went with the skyjacker because of what I've heard from other guys I went wheelin with. I got the 3.5" lift I was gonna get the 5" they have but that requires new drive$haft$

 

I just noticed your from dumont that isnt to far from me maybe when I get my truck situated we could get a good group together

 

It's not uncommon for different parts of the lift kit to be shipped with different tracking numbers so I would check that. Luckily mine all came at the same time even though it was four boxes. I have never had problems with Quadratec though. And we want pics when its up in the air

 

Look on the label. It might say 1 of 2 packages. Or look on the label get the tracking number. Then punch in the tracking number on the shipper website. It will tell if there was another package.

 

your right I'm blind,it says items may arrive seperately on different days right on the packing list. Im just a little anxious

 

they are awsome with shipping. Had my items to way faster than i expected

 

I just got off the phone with quaratec ,they said I will be getting two more boxes today

 

No problems w/ them. As a matter of fact I love their shipping because it comes from one state over. I should be opening a bunch of xmas gifts early from them/wife since she doesn't have enough wrapping paper for the boxes.
