So maybe 9 months ago I bought a smittybilt comp series winch from them (via joe).

Well went to use it recently and notice aluminum shavings come out of the motor housing and then it just stopped working period. Still getting power from battery and power to remote but no power to motor unit.

Anyways called Smitty they wanted me to take the winch off, remove the casing, take pictures, email then then they were gonna get back to me to try a few fixes. Asked me if I had a grinder, which I do but still really????

So I called Q-tec up spoke with Derek explained what was going on and I asked if they could help me out somehow....

Without hesitation he said no problem we will send you a replacement right away you will have it tomorrow. ! I was actually stunned.

That is customer service. Helping a customer out like that and being happy to do it. It made my day. I will be using Q-Tec from this point forward no question.

Bravo Quadratec. A job well done.

 

I've had great experiences from Quadratec, bought lots of things from them, only had an issue with one product, a shorty antenna. The screw didn't fit my JK. They immediatly sent out a new screw in the mail. That one was also wrong. Called back and they refunded all my money. Good company, guys were always friendly.

 

Now that is what I called customer service!!!!!

 

I love Quadratec and I order all my stuff from them because of their great customer service. I also get everything the next day since I live in the Northeast... It's a win win! Thanks guys for being so awesome!
