If you ordered it using a Visa or Master card Call them. Tell them what has happened. Visa and Master card have lawyers for just the is situation.

Quadratec is A OK They have never messed up an order for me. One other company has never got an order right yet!

 

Q-tec sent me the wrong discos and I e-mailed them and they made it all right! I appreciated the quick fix. They also e-mailed me a UPS return label and sent me the right parts before I sent the old ones back. You can trust them.

I'm glad to hear they fixed everything for you. I ordered mine last monday, they said the bar is on backorder. can you post some pics when you have it installed.

Looks to me as if it was returned and somehow it got by thier QA people during restocking.
I've ordered quite few things from Quad, and have nothing but praise for them. Always got prompt service and good parts.

 

I have always had great service from them.
