Can you put 35's on stock Rubi wheels without using spacers?

It depends on the width. I have 33x11.5's and there is not rubbing with stock 17" RIMs.

Use spacers... otherwise you'll rub. I'm running that setup, but also have a 2 1/2" BB so I don't rub the fenders at full flex.
