Default Question for quadratec

I just have a question for the guys at Quadratec. For being one of the biggest jeep parts supplier why don't you guys ever have anything in stock and why does it take so long to get the parts in and sent out?

It's not that it takes a long time to get here once they send it. The problem is evertime I have ordered something from them it's never in stock and take a long time to get it in so they can send it.

I've ordered from them at least 20 times and the only thing they didn't have in stock when I made an order was an optima red top, so I went with a yellow.
What haven't they had when you tried to order so I'll have an idea of what I might have to wait on?

Like i stated earlier. It's not the shipping time, it's the amount of time they use before they ship it. Haven't ordered that much from them because everytime i do what ever it is , they have been out of stock Every time!

Hello tomed13,

Please PM a recent order number or item numbers of what you were interested in. Sometimes in can be a matter of transferring stock from one of our domestic shipping facilities to our main office.

Theyre one of the biggest, if not THE biggest supplier of aftermarket Jeep parts, so they have a huge demand, but can still only get things as fast as the manufacturers can produce and divy up their share for. If they produce items faster then you risk cheaper quality products and some smaller companies simply can not meet demand for their products. So I'd say that the fault lies with the company making the parts you want and not quadratec themselves. Although it should update on the site faster if its not in stock.

I ordered some small stuff 2 months ago and got it all but one item fairly quickly. still waiting on my grab handles... although they shipped yestarday wooooo. grab handles. I chalked the wait time up to me buying the tread lightly ones.

I will say this. they have amazing customer service. Just give them a call if your waiting on parts. They will answer your questions and explain about the wait and wait times on items.

I have ordered a lot of stuff from them over the past four years. It is rare that they have not had an item in stock. They have always shipped fast on my orders. I have no complaints.
