Default Rancho 3" or teraflex 3"

I'd like to get your opinion. I plan on installing a 3" lift on a 08JKU so I can run 35' any suggestions on which is better. I just happen to like them both.

I had Rancho springs on my 07. They seemed spongy, after a year. Of course pulling a trailer on a regular basis could have some effect. I'm looking into the Rock Krawler stuff this time around.

I've been running the TF 3" on my 4-door for almost 2 yrs now and have been completely satisfied. I got the front lower & rear upper adjustable arms and added a JKS adjustable front trackbar. Great on/off road manners and netted about 4" total. I've never run Rancho but I would highly recommend TF.

If you can, find a local Jeep club. There's bound to be guys running lifts from these companies and you can get some first hand exposure to them before dropping some serious coin. Just something to consider.

Pair it up with our RS9000XL adjustable shocks and you are good to go!
Which 3" BTW from us?
Our SPORT or TRAIL, either way, made in the USA!

Does Rancho make upgrade kits for a 3" lift for example upper and lower rear control arms? I always see them for the 4" inch lift. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place. And do you happen to know what wheel spacing I should have on a 3" trail lift. I'm planning on putting 35" tires on a 17" rim

Yes we have an option to purchase down the road front and rear lower adjustable arms and uppers as well.
RS66150(b)
RS66151(b)
We developed this suspension system using a BF Goodrich MT T/AŽ KM-35 x 12.50 x 18 D tire on an 18” x 9” wheel with 4.5” of backspacing. Total backspacing is 5.9”. Before installing any other combination, consult your local tire and wheel specialist. Actual tire size varies by manufacturer.

Here's a TeraFlex 3" #1451302 2dr/ #1451300 4dr, come with 8 FlexArms and shocks. You'll notice that every control arm is adjustable so you can easily dial in your suspension. Now this more of a complete 3" kit, just needs a #1753418 front adjustable trackbar to complete it. TeraFlex has more basic kits with 4 Flex Arms/no arm or no shocks for a lower price also.
