I sometimes have a slight rattle when accelerating at a low speed (10-15mph). It occurs at higher rpms. I just had an engine replacement. The old engine needed to be replaced. The Jeep shifts are smooth and the engine sounds great. It sounds as something is loose. There was rocks in the heat shield when I picked up the Jeep.
