Default Reading a Jeep mag, saw an optima battery ad with tom bostic? Whats his deal?

I was reading through JP magazine the other day and saw an ad for optima batteries. It had "extreme fabricator" tom bostic on it. Is it just me or is the Jeep he fabricated look like a 3 year old desgined and built it out of lego blocks or tinker toys?

It looks horrible, and useless for anything really.

They've been running that same ad forever and it looks like one of my son's remote control jeeps.

I agree with that, the jeep does resemble a toy for under 5

Yep,

The jeep is too tall for crawling, too tall for overlanding, too tall for mall crawling. It seems to be useless for everything because its even uglier than sin. I don't know how they decided to use that for a promo. must have paid optima to put him on there.

Have no idea who Tom Bostic is, and had no idea what his Jeep looks like. But after searching I think I've figured out you just have to view it from the right angle ...
