Default Rear shocks

A month ago I had my factory rubicon tires replaced at dealer with factory road tires I got from a guy upgrading to larger tires. The rig wobbles badly if I hit bumps going over 60mph
Just got out of the dealer and apparently I need new rear shocks
Does this make sense the jeep has 26K on it no off road

Seems odd to me, I would make sure the tires are properly balanced and tightened.

3 year 36k miles. If they won't replace them you should be able to find a cheap set of take offs on here.
