Default Rear window removal

Im planning on removing my hardtop. But in order to do that. I have to go up a flight of stares and thru a semi narrow passage to store in garage (my driveway is separate from my garage). Anyway i dont want to pick it up and go up the stairs with the rear window hanging down. Is there a way, an easy way, to remove the rear window from the hardtop?

I remove my window all the time.
Undo plug
Undo washer tube
Pop off defrost wires
Undo struts
Undo bolts
Takes less than 5 minutes

The wires pop off the glass like a snap you would find on clothing. Atleast that's how it worked on my 09. I have a 14 now and haven't tried it yet. I use a flat head screw driver to seperate the two halves.
Most of the time I just leave these disconnected for summer since there's no need to use the defrost.
