Removal of the f'ing rear tow hook!
So I recently purchased a leveling kit, new rims and tires, and both front and rear bumpers. Well everything is on and working fine, except the rear bumper. The other night I finally got around to pulling the rear bumper off, easy as pie, and then set to the rear driver's side tow hook. Well after a lot of frustration, copious amounts of PB Blaster, and a broken ratchet, I gave up. One of my buddies has a Dewalt impact that he brought over this morning to finish the job. Well those F'ING bolts will not move whatsoever, so now I have one bolt that I backed out a bit until my ratchet broke, and two flush ones. I don't know what to do at this point. They are not moving and I have a wonderful bumper sitting in my garage ready to be installed.

Leverage... Use a longer break over bar. Or maybe an air impact (assuming the DeWalt was an electric) a heavy duty air impact driver is a beautiful machine.
Cutting the bolt is always my last option.

i took mine off with a normal socket but when i get to things that are really stuck i use a breaker bar. i havent run into anything i cant get to loosent up or at least break the head of it off.
Oh, I have them all broke loose. That's not the problem. The problem is that they don't want to back out. I have one about halfway before the ratchet broke. The other I had just started because I got so frustrated with how hard it was to get the first one half way out. The bolts don't want to turn, but again they are broke loose. The impact not only wouldn't back them out, it wouldn't put them back in either.

when you have that kind of problems its usually cause the bolts had grime all over them, i dont see them being burred up do to the protection they get from the frame. just cut the heads off at this point
it looks like there are still two bolts that are tight? (the two lower ones). you might try loosening those and see if that frees up the upper two bolts. if that doesn't work, i'd chop them off close to the frame with a sawzall and then you should be able to slide everything out once the other two bolts are completely removed.
