Right Hand Drive Jeep Differences
Often when I post comments, replies tend to be a bit vague and guys aren't exactly sure if the RHD Jeep (EuroSpec) are the same as the Jeeps you guys have in the states.
So just to bring some clarity as to how the components are orientated in the RHD, here's some pics of my Stock RHD Rubicon Unlimited.
Well the first and most obvious difference is the steering wheel is on the right hand side

Sticking to interior differences, here's the speedo

Fuel consumption is measured in liters per 100 kilometers

The switch panel may have one or two different buttons, not 100% sure what your panels look like

Engine seems quite similar, but I think the batteries may be on the other side. Let me know what differences I'm unaware of

Onto steering and suspension. Rubicons don't have special red shocks. We get the same shocks as all the other JK's. The rear track bar is also mounted opposite to the LHD Jeeps.

The steering stabiliser is on the other side. Same goes for front track bar.

Onto exterior differences. Our foglights are a bit wide eyed and the bumpers don't have hooks.

Rubicons and Saharas come with Goodyear Wrangler AT 255/75R17 tyres

Apart from those things, I think everything else is the same

One can purchase a RHD Unlimited Sport here in the U.S. but you need letterhead from the US Postal Service stating you are a rural mail carrier and the vehicle will be used for such.

Some Police agencies use RHD Jeeps for their Parking Control Officers. My department has had them for years. This year we sent all of our RHD TJ's to the Police auction and replaced them with RHD JK Unlimited Sports. If you want a RHD Jeep keep an eye out at the Police auctions, They will be there!

When the JKs first came out, I recall someone posting on the forum that a local dealer had a dozen or more--some mistake in ordering/shipping. Anyway, they were going for a song, supposedly (this was before gas prices spiked and JKs in any configuration were difficult to find).
You can put a LHD jk into liters per 100 kilometers and C' by holding the left button down while the compass and outside temp are displayed, i don't know if you can put a RHD into MPG of F' by doing the same

There is a RHD for sale in Greenville NC right now. It's on display out front. It even say "Right hand drive" on the window.
Guys, you don't need anything in writting to buy a RHD.
My wifes been using RHD Jeeps for that past 12 years, Postal Service does offer a course to get someone use to driving on the other side.....but it wasn't anything special.
We have bought her last 2 Jeeps (03 RHD TJ and 09 RHD JK) from local dealers.
Just go in drop your down payment, order the Jeep, 2-3 months later drive it away.
All you can get in a RHD is an "X", and it's pretty stripped out.
You can't even choose the radio..... the only option was "Smokers Group" , go figure.....
Any questions on them, let me know.... it's just a walk out to the driveway.
