Rip-Off!
I just wanted to alert everyone to the ripoff from www.wooddash.com.
I ordered a carbon fiber (black) when I first got my JK. I asked if I could return it and they said, "yes, with a $25 restocking fee".
I called to return it, and now they tell me, "NO". The kit is unused and in the box.
I highly suggest NO ONE do business with these frauds.
If you are interested in a Black carbon fiber dash kit, I will sell it at a big discount (it fits a four door).

All over their website it says 30 days to return. You say you ordered it when you first got your jeep back in the first week of Dec. its now the end of March. What was the rip off?

I ordered the product over the phone, and thus never saw a policy on the website.
New, unused, non-custom products that are for current production should always be returnable.
I don't see anywhere on my profile when I took delivery of my Jeep, do you work for them?

As far as time frame I was just going by your post about your gas mileage when you picked your rig up...
I think it's unfair to call it a rip-off. I've seen another post on this forum from someone that installed their carbon fiber dash kit, and loved it.
So, keeping count, that's 1 positive forum member rating for this company, 1 negative (and yours has nothing to do with their quality or appearance - you just changed your mind and are mad that they're sticking to their company policy). So, that evens out to a neutral rating overall...
For the record, I do agree with you that they should take it back, as it's unopened and non-custom. However, it'd only be fair that they charge you the $25 to take it back. You should call again and fight your way through to a manager, and demand that they take it back for the $25 like they first told you. You'd do better $$$-wise going that route than selling to someone else at a deep discount... but if you're driving an E55, I'm guessing it's more the principle of the matter than the $$$...
