has anyone else had trouble ordering parts form rough country? have left 2 messages with ben on phone, tried for 40 minutes on the 1-800 number and never got through. two days now i have been trying to order a lift. if its this hard to even place an order would hate if something would be wrong with it.

 

Trust me they have top notch customer service. Call them now or tomorrow and I bet they will help you out.

I ordered my kit on the phone. It rang twice someone picked up I ordered my kit and I was done in less than 10 mins. Great customer service I will buy from them again.

 

Rough country has great customer service something must have gone wrong with theyre phone system or something. I talk to Rough country a few times a week never any issues so strange to hear about the problem

They also work weekends I believe and have good support via their IM messenger on their site

 

people use phones? just order off the website its quicker.
