Also happy with customer service. I ordered parts that came in scratched. I emailed customer service. Pretty soon I recieved an email back asking me to call. I called, discussed the issue, easy and courteous. They even sent me a tee shirt.

Ive had same issue as OP and then they even hung up on me when i finally got through. Now they tell me the discount will come in form of a REBATE!! And not till after I email a pic of my pic on the forum and tag them in it describe my lift and then email them a link to the thread. And then he told me he couldnt explain how my rebate would come, check, coupon, credit back on my card? This is my Third lift from them in them in the last year and I must say this is a LOT of hoops for the discount and im really disappointed with the change.
