Default Rough Country.......STANDS behind their product!

I recently installed the 3.5" lift and dual steering stabilizers.....I just came back from 2 days of trails and noticed that when I flexed my drag link adjustment collar smashed into the drivers side shock.....I called Rough Country this morning and they are sending me a new one!

I just need to ensure that I turn the adjustment collar around so that it doesnt hit my stabilizer!

They could have blamed it on me and not covered it....but they are sending out a new one......actually 2 new ones....as my friend had the same thing happen to him.

thanks guys!!!

That does say alot about their customer service. But I think what also says alot is that you AND your friend both suffered from the same problem with your RC lift....

I was looking at the same RC 3.5" lift but have heard some less than stellar reviews. Are you otherwise happy with the lift? Whats the ride quality like compared to stock, I've heard its VERY stiff....

That's awesome service! Did they have any idea on how to stop this from happening again?

Link me to these reviews please? I'm looking at it also and have heard only good things thus far. Good ride quality etc. so I'd be interested to see the other side.

I've heard mixed reviews of the 3.25" lift and the 2.2 shocks, but haven't heard anything on the 3.5" and N2.0 shocks.

Newbie here and I just installed the 3.5" lift and it went together really nice. Instructions weren't bad at all. It took me and my dad almost 8 hrs to install. Lift has only been on for a couple days but so far have no regrets and ride is great. With this lift I was able to get 35" mud grapplers and have no regrets at all...

Ok....here's the update.....I called Monday about the dented Stabilizer......I just got 2 new ones delivered to my door today. That is incredibly fast considering that it had to clear customs as well. It's installed.....I took my old one off and I'm glad I replaced it........it had very little movement with the dent that it had.

Thanks ROUGH COUNTRY!!!!!

Hopefully now with the collar adjusted it wont dent the shock again.....I will see what happens this weekend at Rocktoberfest!

I run their 4" with 2.2 shocks and the dual stabilizer also. Very happy with the lift, good ride, good flex for a lift and stock arms. However my shock gets damaged every time I wheel. I have adjusted the system a million times and can't find a way to keep it from hitting. RC's customer service has been very good to me also.
