Rubi or MW3???
Hey guys,
I've been tossing around the idea of trading in my 2011 Super Duty diesel for a 4 door JK. I am kinda stuck on a decision and thought I'd ask you guys your opinion.
Should I just buy the standard version of the rubicon with the options I want or should I just spring for the MW3 edition? The options I would get on the standard would be hard top, remote start, heated seats, connectivity, and nav.
What are your opinions on this subject?

If you like MW3 ALL over the interior and stuff then get it. If you just want a rubi and plan on adding aftermarket bumpers YOU want instead of the AEV ones (and the front one WITHOUT the bull bar) then get a rubi.

I love my MW3. I am removing the major badging however. I compared the cost of an AEV build on a Sahara to the MW3 and decided it was worth the small premium for a few reasons; resale value is better, we get the Rubi drivetrain stuff; and insurance (OEM offering = simpler).
We were able to get 1.9% for 72 months through our credit union so it made sense to buy a "turnkey" vehicle vs. buying a Sahara and building it up.
<---- not 16 and still bought an MW3

Get the Rubi and buy all the stuff that is on the MW3, but cheaper and better. The MW3 has AEV bumpers stripped of everything that makes them cool, like the bull bar and winch mount. You'd save over $10k buy getting a Rubi and modding it to BETTER than MW3 specs.

I'd go rubicon all the way. MW3 is too expensive and there are plenty of great aftermarket bumpers out there. The additional rail on the rocker is cool but $200+ welding from Poison Spyder. And on top of that it's named after a video game.. no thanks.
No.
