Rubicon Express closed
They are just doing some restructuring from what I understand, rumor is they will not be closed very long. I know they had issues with long delays on backorders of a lot of parts. They my try to source parts from different suppliers to keep there inventory up.
"To Our Loyal Customers and Friends,
Rubicon Express is currently closed, pending reorganization.
Customers who have placed orders and have seen a credit card charge can rest assured that their products have been shipped. Customers with orders that have not been processed will be contacted to confirm their order prior to payments being processed or merchandise shipment.
Customers who have technical or warranty issues may email.
We apologize for the service interruption, but look forward to serving you in the future."
Sounds like your warranties are good, there just may be a 'service interruption'... whatever that means.
I just saw an '10 or '11 JK decked out in lots of Prototype stuff, I believe some of it was RE, so I agreee and don't think they'll be gone long...

Holy Crap!
When I first read this I was about to crap my pants. I am using their 3.5" Super Flex lift, and was worried about having it covered under warranty.
Glad to know they are just currently closed, pending reorganization. The only thing is how long is "currently closed"?

My guess is that they went Chapter 11 if they have a bunch of suppliers they owe money too. Thing is they'll have to find new suppliers that would work with them. Cause the old ones will have to eat the $$$ owed to them. Warranties? Different ways that could work depending on exactly what is done with the company. Courts will decide all that I'm guessing. Hey, if they do come back, maybe they'll find a good bushing supplier, oh wait, those aren't covered in their warranty anyway.
