Default Rubicon Tires?

Hey how much is too much to spend for Rubi wheels and tires. I found a set for $700. Perfect condition, only 500 miles on the em. They might have TPMS but since I have an 07 I won't be needing them anyway.

Is that too much? If you add shipping it's going to run like $900. It's cheaper than new ones, and only slightly more expensive than putting 3 new Goodyear ST's on my JK. Opinions?

Depends on your area. 700 for wheels and tires with only 500 miles is a good deal. I sold my tires alone (1500 miles) for 600.

Arrow all 5

I sold mine for $500---> wheels included --->brand spankin' new...

...I didn't need them... didn't want to store them... so I priced low.
Most people around my parts want bigger.

I bought my 5 rubi wheels & tires on craigslist for $500 locally from a guy who had less than 1 mile on them.

His Rubi came off the trailer & right into the dealer bay, had 5 or 6" mega lift immediately put on. He was also selling rubi shocks for $30, OEM rock rails for $200 & both bumpers for $100.

See my problem is I can't get em locally I had to get them elsewhere. That adds the $200 to ship. The way I figure it is I can get $150-200 for my stock X wheels with 2 brand new tires, which would knock the shipping out. Does that seem too much to ask?

I played the game of 1st post for $1000, next for $950, then for $850.....sold them for $800 locally. Mine all had 180 miles on them (0 on the spare). The tires were selling brand new on tire rack for less than $95 each which then brings up the question are the stock Rubi wheels worth another $300 for a set of 5 (regardless of what Mopar sells them for)?

I just found them on tire rack and they are selling brand new for twice that. The Goodyear Wrangler SR-As are selling for 100 a pop, but the Rubi tires are BFG KM2s which are 200 a pop.

I just realized that the Rubi doesn't use KM2s. My next question... are the Rubi tires slightly modified from what BFG normally puts out for the KM? I've heard rumors that they were.

I've hear the same thing about them being made specially for the JK but personally, at $99 a piece brand new, I don't think the difference is that big of a deal.
