I got the x with the locker in the rear and the 373s
For the money I would agree with most that the tcase and the front 44 are worth it
Not to mention the 410s would be nice

 

The only thing I wish I had on my X that I couldn't get was the Dana 44 front axle.

Lockers would be nice but I have yet to get stuck, let alone thought, "Man, I need lockers."

But there are times I worry about my Dana 30 front. If you can pick up a Rubi for the cheap, jump on it, but don't spend a fortune on one for a bigger front axle, lockers that you may or may not ever use, and a better transfer case ratio. I've creeped up and down hillsides with my 3.73 gears in 4-lo and 1st gear no problem.

Also, the electronic disco would be nice....but with the Quick Disconnects on the market it is not bad to get out of the JK.

I would love to have the 4:10 rear and Dana 44's to run 35's in my neck of the woods. I have been very impressed with my Sahara's off-road capability!!!
