Default Run Around

I'm a newbie to this site and the whole jeep world. last week i order a lift kit from 4WD.com for in store pick-up. one of the salemen called me last week telling that it should be ready for pick up this passed tuesday. i heard nothing and called yesterday. another salesmen told me it could be weeks before it comes in. is this normal for them? has anyone else had this problem of them giving you the run around?

Anytime I order from any place and it isnt in stock, I expect to wait 2-3x longer then they tell me.. Even Northridge 4x4, although at least David keeps you posted and I honestly believe he always tells the truth about the status of your order. I dont think he blows smoke at you just to save the sale. His customer service cannot be beat, thats why I always shop him first

X2. I think if David told a lie, his head would fall off. He's a real good guy.
