Default Rust on the door hinges

I am starting to develop rust on the door hinges. It was fixed on 1 but now it appears the other 3 have the same issue. I might be out of warranty now but wanted to know if anyone else is having the same issue with their 2008 and the solution. Im taking it back to the dealer next week to see what they will do.

Very common issue with Wranglers since '87.

I had my powder coated black on my 07 a few weeks ago. Not too expensive. ESP if you look at the replace cost to black ones.

I'm planning on sanding mine down and hitting them with bedliner. Looks great, and easy to touch- up if need be.

Mine has begun to bubble under the paint as well. It's in the dealership this week to address it. A body shop will be sanding down the hinges and repainting, all covered under warranty. Hopefully the paint will still be a perfect match with the door!
