Default Rust issues

I have a 2011 with only 8k miles and I am already seeing a lot of rust on the front components. Is this normal or covered under warranty since the jeep is so new?

Jeeps are always a joke for rust. He's right the knuckles are not coated and will get surface rust right away. My shocks and shock mounts are all rusted already and the jeep has only 6,000 km. Just buy bed liner paint cans or POR15 paint and cover up the rust.

That actually looks worse than average around the painted surfaces. I paint everything with rustoleum flat black all the time, after off roading scratches, etc. for serious rusty area protection, eastwood's rust encapsulater is great.
