Security -- what are you doing to prevent theft?
Heres what I'm doing..
Leaving nothing in the jeep,
Leaving the doors unlocked.
Any good thief will get your jeep regardless of what alarm is on it.
Id rather have it recovered with the windows still intact and less shit broken or cut up.
I'd actually rather not get it back if it is stolen, its cover for $10,000 in parts/accesories.

I'll pretty much echo what most folks said... if they want the Jeep, they'll get it. Other than that, I try not to leave much inside-- leave my doors unlocked, soft top down and windows down (did I mention that it's 80 degrees here in SoCal today?
).... just gives the average thief no reason to think there's anything good in there.
One other thing I did was change the locks on the center console and the glove. My local locksmith did it for free, but I'm sure it's pretty darned cheap at most places. They just readjusted the teeth in the factory locks so that the engine key doesn't open them. That way, I can leave the ignition key with a parking guy or a service guy and they still can't get into the console or glove without picking it or breaking it

Wow, that's a big bling gun!
I personally prefer the blued version. *L*
in 1911 45acp, not DE 50.
50 makes my wrist ache. but it's fun to shoot!
Now everyone at work is looking at me funny & wondering why i hit the deck all of a sudden when i clicked my mouse.

I like the club thing that attaches to your foot brake better than the steering wheel kind .(works for the casual thief only ).
