Selling the Jeep ?'s
If you want trade in value, the best bet is to go to eBay and see what cars have sold for and then take off 5-10%. The dealer is going to pay you a little less than what they think they can dump the car at auction for and the low end of eBay seems to be similar to real auto auctions. If you have any friends in the car business, get them to run you a MMR (Manheim Market Report). It will tell you all of the similar cars that sold at auction recently and the amount. Again, take this amount and subtract some money because the dealer wants to make something off the transaction.
I would check Edmunds and NADA and see what an '09 with the mileage you have is worth and then figure what invoice was on your Jeep and try to get somewhere in between. Another option would be to look at the difference between an '09 and '08 and add that difference to the '09 appraisal.
As to the F150 vs Tundra the only advantage the Tundra has is the engine power. The Ford is superior in every other way from ride quality and noise to chassis stiffness and interior quality. Go check both out though. If you must have lots of power and a decent interior look at the Dodge with a Hemi. Ford is set to put new, more powerful engines in the F150 for 2011 though.

Gotta disagree with you there. The current F150s are incredibly nice trucks. Frankly, all five of the current full-size pickups are great vehicles and you can't go wrong with any of them. I'd put my money on a Ford or Nissan, but largely for personal reasons. I wouldn't criticize anyone who bought any current full-size. The market is so competitive that it has forced every manufacturer to do their best work.
Just curious... what kind of problems you been having with your new 2010 JK????
Take your Jeep to CarMax and they will make you an offer on your jeep that is good for 7 days. Most Dealerships will honor that price. Even if you don't trade it in you will have an idea of what it is worth.
Think I'm done with Chrysler....
