N2Rock writes [snipped]: "BUT NOOOOOO... Had to waste an entire afternoon because they wanted to try to make up their money by shafting me on the trade."

WHAT WAS THE NAME OF THE DEALER?! I assume it was in the Sugarland, Texas area? Please tell us - I'll want to keep my eyes when entering that particular store . . . thanks.

Here is my dealer experience from this weekend..Arrigo DCJ in west palm beach fl....Went in to look at a redrock 07 sahara that the jeep website showed in stock...it wasnt there. They also had an almost $1900 adjusted market value added to all their jeeps over MSRP. The salesman was nice ut I dont pay MSRP...much less 1900 over it.

Default Don A Vee

Keeping this short: I've purchased 3 vehicles from Don A Vee and my family has purchased another 7 in the past 10 years. Good folks. Like all businesses they have good and bad sales people... service department is excellent.

I'll second that. I bought a new Cherokee from Don-a-Vee in 1996, back when they were still in north Long Beach. Was surprised to learn they moved to Placentia!

Anyway - Time for another tally sheet . . . .

Thumbs up Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Bellevue - Washington State

I dealt with Erin Alexander from:
Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Bellevue
120 116th Ave NE
Bellevue, Washington 98004
(425) 454-8411
www.dodgeofbellevue.com

Erin is the Internet Sales Manager and so responded to my initial inquiry from the Jeep web site. Erin took all the fun out of buying a car for me - no arguing back and forward on a few bucks, no funny back and forward games with the manager - I mean isn't that the fun part of buying a car?

From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I left, Erin was a no BS person, she told me exactly what she could and could not do and did not try to bait and switch me in the least. She was even very realistic about how long I should expect to wait for the factory order.
I would highly recommend Erin for anyone in the Seattle area looking for a JK.

Edited my original post to be a bit clearer!

Furman Jeep in Wesley Chapel Fl is where I ordered my jeep. I ordered it 3 months ago through friends and family pricing and picked the vehicle up and drove away. The next day they called and said they gave me the wrong pricing and now they want more money. They also promised they could put a pift and tires on and now they said they won't do that. Never buy from this stealership.
