Is a 2 inch lift too high for running 33 inch tires ??? I hate the cheap look of an overlifted vehicle. Too many people don't realise that the sole reason for running a lift is to clear the tires and tend to over-do-it.
Another alternative is the 1.75" Daystar spacer lift. There are some guys on the forum running them w/ 33's...

I've got a 2.5" lift on mine and get compliments all the time on how well balanced it looks. Here's a pic.
