Patient isnt really the first word that comes to mind for a person that waits nearly 2 YEARS for a set of rock rails.

 

Something is amiss. Heck, I ordered my rock rails roughly about that time, and had them in seven or eight weeks. Now, my rear bumper has been on order since early April, but I'm hoping for a Christmas present (they missed my birthday last month!). Anyway, sure would like some more details--this sounds like your order was lost.

 

I ordered an AR 15 a month after Obama got elected and it only took 6 months!!!

 

I am constantly traveling was in morocco for 4 months after i ordered them
then norway for 3 months next bolivia for another 3 months
then went home for 4 months in the caribbean
back and forth in a few cities in the states from there
and finally in india and nepal for 3 months

i would contact 4wd every few months and they were great they gave me the original price and plenty of discounts for understanding

i had other things going on and work

its not like i was sitting next to the door waiting for the parcel service to knock
and finally the rubicon already has rock rails on so there was never a feeling of urgency

what was i going to scream at someone over the phone
i got more out of the situation by smiling over the phone and understanding
the phone representatives all agreed that they felt for me and i think they did all they could from their side

I ordered mine the 17th of november 09 for my wife. Tracking shows it will be at my door on the 4th of january. I didnt think (stupid me) that there would be that big of a gun buy up after the election.
