Default Show Us Your JK

There is a thtread like this over one of those other JK boards and I thought we needed one here.

Finally picked up my new JK last night. Still working on some more pictures but here is one from the dealership.

Hey JD, did you ever figure out if the B pillars are color matched to the side sheetmetal, or are they pipe?

On the 2 door there is no permanent B pillar. They are like the TJs.

When the hard top is on, the hard top is the B pillar. When you put the soft top on there is a door surround just like on the TJs. The door surround is black plastic and there are two big hand screws that go down through the top. The vertical part is 4 or 5 inches wide and the top horizontal part is fairly thin, maybe 1 or 2 inches. I'll post a picture of the surrounds tomorrow.

Jim

my jeep. I received this on the 7th and I have been up on some Colorado off-road passes as well as in snow. I'm new to jeeps but I just got rid of my 03 f150 fx4 truck. I love the feel of the road on some of the sketchy passes I've done comparred to my f150. I like the gas savings too.

Picked up my 2DR Rubi on Oct 21st, I had one on order, and the dealer called me as this one rolled off the truck, apparently the other guy decided to go with the 4DR so they called me, knowing that my order was almost identical (I ordered softtop, this one had the hard top - they just swithed them).
