The only place to park a Jeep is on the beach. Key Box Beach just south of Dewey Beach, DE this afternoon.

Looks great!! I'll be there next week! What are the rules for driving onto the beach? Need a permit? How much and where to get?

You have to carry a shovel, block of wood, tow cable, fishing rod and tackle box. You also have to be actively fishing the whole time you are on the beach. The permits are annual surf fishing permits from any Delaware state park office. You can pick them up from Wilmington to Fenwick at any office. Go online and search DE state parks surf fishing and you can find places to buy. Only drawback is out of state permits are $130 per year. There are a number of drive on beaches from Lewes to Indian River Inlet.
