Soft Top install?

Soft Top install?
Hey all,
Quick question...i just put my soft top on for the 1st time and I was just wondering if installed it right or now.
My concern is the rear windows on the 4door....are the windows supposed to clip into something on the side that's closest to the door or does it just sit there? I noticed at the top it tends to pop out over the rubber seal and when I open the door the door catches on the window and pulls it out a bit.

the guy said that it has to be fully rolled around the door rail. Are some tops different?
Did i install the windows incorrectly? Should they clip in and stay in? Or is it a JEEP thing?
