Default Soft top problems

What are some common soft top problems that anyone has had on the four door model? And did u get warranty to cover it.
I'm having trouble with my dealer helping me out. Little bar that runs along nylon strap broke off
Thanks

Most leaks seem to center around either the A pillar or the rear tailgate area from the complaints I see on here. However, mine doesn't leak a drop. I even run it through the touchless car wash with very few leaks.

Another complaint seems to be the water running off the roof after opening the doors falls right on your leg or floor.

To me, it's a Jeep and the top comes off. It's cool. Nuf said.

Which bar are you talking about? And what is broke - the nylon strap or the bar? Maybe a picture would help too. Any idea how it broke? Warranty only covers a defective part - so, sometimes, that can be somewhat of a gray area from a dealer's perspective on proving whether it broke because of a factory defect or user error.
It's the little bar that connects to the middle bar over the speakers. Same one that runs along the nylon strap. Broke right off from middle bar.

Now I can't fold it by my self. Won't collapse
