It looks like you're not securing it enough. The edge of the side panel wraps around and tucks into the frame around the door. There's a recent thread somewhere detailing this.

^What he said^ The edge is supposed to wrap and tuck into the door surround. It's a pretty commonn error until you realize that its supposed to tuck in. You may have to pull and stretch if its newer, but it gets MUCH easier with time and repeated use.

I also made this mistake for the first few months I ran the soft top....that plastic retainer edge on the door side of the rear window does actually fit securely into the groove/track in the plastic door rail.

The easiest way to install these windows, is to just barely get the zipper started, just to hold it up in place, then take the hard plastic edge of the window by the door and tuck it into the groove/channel in the plastic door frame. Once you've got the edge of the window at the door tucked in (this is the piece that's currently flapping in the wind for you) then zipper the rest of it tight and velcro it down and secure the bottom plastic retainer.

Like mentioned above, the zipper will be more taunt at first and will loosen up over time....however, colder weather makes it a bit more difficult if the top is pretty new.

Funny as I bought my jeep from a sales guy at dealership who's a jeep owner him self. He was showing me how the soft top works he noticed that same lip folds around the frame and never knew about it and started saying shit that's how it goes! thing was driving him crazy on his jeep. So don't feel bad even though it's such a minor detail.
