Default Soft top storage

What do y’all like to use for storing your soft top windows? I’ve seen some of the enclosures that strap to the roll bars but they didn’t get the best reviews.

Large towel laid flat. Window. Large towel #2. Window #2. Roll. Use a couple hook-and-loop tapes to hold it in a roll. Works like a charm.

I use a Cloverpatch storage roll. I can't really say anything negative. Maybe the cost. I only wish I found about it sooner. My windows are pretty scratched up from the first year or so before I bought it. Without it, I doubt I'd be able to see out of them.

We must be of similar age. There's just some things you grow up with that never seems to leave you. It's more embarrassing when you say something like this and you're in a room with people who are a couple generations removed and they look at you like you're crazy.

Tonight I was rolling up my windows in my Harbor Freight "Free" item window cases and decided to snap some pics to show off how great they work.

Side Windows, Set on HF 40"x50" Free Moving blanket

Fold blanket over side window and roll up.

Rear Window, set on top HF 40"x50" Free moving blanket and roll up

Once rolled up, I use the 2 shortest elastic black straps to secure the roll of each side window and 4 of those same straps to fasten the roll of the longer rear window

Then what window case would be complete without handles?

Also included in the Free elastic straps package......carrying handles which also serve to hang the windows up by a hook on a wall or ceiling.

I have an old bed sheet that I cut into three equal pieces. These go between the three windows before I roll them up. After they're rolled, it all slips into an old camp chair bag I had laying around.

The advantage to actually buying one, is they roll up and store inside a weatherproof duffel that attaches to the rear roll bars and is conveniently tucked out of the way.

Oh I can attach them to the rear roll bars, those elastic straps will handle that task with ease. Weatherproof? I'm unsure what you're weather proofing against? If it starts raining, that tells me it's time to put those windows back on and once the windows are back on and the blankets are thrown inside, then the cases are weather proof. It seems the windows are already weather proof. Am I missing something?
