the rear corners dont seem to fit properly as the the lip seems too short...nor does the upper door lip fold into the upper door assembly.

Make sure you don't dog down the windshield buckles before you tuck the plastic guides. Also, if you took the top down in the hot sun, put it up in the hot sun or you'll struggle until it's broken in.

I close my 2dr soft top by myself easily....the only problem I've had with mine is the clip that the rear window bar rolls into. One of them is great, but the other is just a bad piece of plastic..comes off with just the slightest wrong move. Need to call the dealer and get a replacement.
Other than that, no problem...and goes faster after 2-3 times of doing it...

taking up and down my 2dr soft top is so easy i can almost do it with my eyes closed. i can get it down on my own in under 2 minutes and back up almost as quickly without any help from anyone.

as far as the softtop for the 2dr, i think the jeep engineers have taken a step backward creating the JK. i curse the entire time trying to put the rear window in. i have had the 97 and 2001 wrangler and both of those softtops were MUCH easier to raise/lower. the plastic clips at the bottom of the trunk were the rear window connects are ridiculous. additonally the zipper for the rear windows is difficult to zip up. the frame that brings the top up and down seems flimsier too. other than the softop i love the new improvements for the jk. i will have one forever i just wish their quality control was better. why did they remove the tumble seats!???? wrangler owner forever.
