Default Soft Top Window Cleaners

well I figure it's time for another thread on what you guys are using to clean the Plastic on our Soft Top Windows...

All I have read on here is Besttop is pretty good, and will clean them well.

What else are you guys using? I haven't cleaned mine yet but will soon as I am finally topless!

I use Meguiar's Number 17 Plastic Cleaner followed by Number 10 Plastic Polish. Works great and is easy to do.

Cleaner: meguiarsdirect.com/detail/MEG+M1708♦

Polish: meguiarsdirect.com/detail/MEG+M1008

Put the http:// in front of the link addresses.

I use windex wipes. Never had a problem. I do store them in the bag with the dividers when I take them off to protect them.

I wouldn't recommend using Windex if you have the tinted plastic windows. It will damage the tint with the ammonium in Windex.

I just use 303 protectant on my windows.

Novus plastic window cleaner, #1 is the spray cleaner, #2 is a light buffing cream for scratches, they also have a #3 but the HD shop where I'm at stopped selling it. I use it on my bike winshield, helmet face shield, and on the jeep windows, works really well and it's easy on and off.

I guess I'm the only one using the MOPAR clear plastic window cleaner designed specifically for your Jeep. Works great and only a couple dollars a botttle.
